Spicy-sweet wings in Sriracha sauce: a recipe for a New Year's table
Chicken wings are one of the most delicious and satisfying dishes that all housewives cook in different ways.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside chicken wings in a spicy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 450 g chicken wings
For the marinade:
- butter 1 tbsp
- black pepper 1/4 tsp
- red pepper 1/4 tsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- salt 1/4 tsp
- oil 1 tbsp
For the sauce:
- butter 2 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
- chili pepper flakes 1/4 tsp
- ginger 3 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- soy sauce from 1/2 tbsp
- lime juice 1/2 tbsp
- vinegar 1/2 tbsp
- cornstarch 1/2 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the wings, and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Marinade: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade (melt the butter), mix, add the wings, stir, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Next, put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 30 minutes at 200 C.
4. Frying sauce: melt butter in a frying pan, add chili flakes, stirring, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, stir, honey, ginger, lime or lemon juice in starch diluted in 3 tbsp of water, and stir again.
5. Add the cooked wings and mix well to coat each wing with the sauce!
Sprinkle the wings with sesame seeds before serving!
