Spicy salted mackerel in a hot marinade: you can eat after 8 hours
Mackerel is a very healthy and tasty fish that can be baked with vegetables and sauces, as well as salted. It is better to cook the marinade for fish hot, adding spices.

Ingredients:
- freshly frozen mackerel 500-600 g (in unpeeled form)
- salt 1 tbsp. with a small slide
- sugar 0.5 tbsp
- water 200 ml
- cloves 2-3 pcs.
- coriander 0.5 tsp.
- bay leaf 1 pc.
- allspice 3 pcs.
- black pepper 6-7 pcs.
- oil 1 tbsp.
- vinegar 9% 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the mackerel, remove the stuffing, wash, and cut the fish into pieces.
2. Marinade: add cloves, coriander, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, salt and sugar to the water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors. Put the fish in a glass dish and pour the marinade over it, leave it at room temperature for 6-8 hours.
Serve the fish with onions!
