Ingredients:
- Mackerel (raw) - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper - a pinch
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- Paprika.
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish, cut it, remove the bones and fins.
2. For the marinade: just mix everything and brush the fish.
2. Put the fillets together and roll the foil tightly. Wrap in a roll and put in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours. Then in the freezer for at least 6 hours (to freeze well).
4. Before serving, take it out, let it warm up for 20 minutes and slice it thinly. Serve while still frozen.
