Simple apple galette in 25 minutes: the dough turns out very crispy

If you have a lot of juicy apples, be sure to make a galette with them. The dough is very crispy and golden. The juicy filling goes well with it.
The idea of making a crispy apple galette was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana (tanya.perchik). It takes only 25 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 apples
- 180 g of flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 70 ml of water
- 70 ml. oil
- 3 tbsp of sweetener
- 1/2 tbsp. starch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
How to make the dough:
1. Combine water and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add baking powder and salt.
3. Add oil and water and knead the dough.
4. Put it in a slider bag and send it to the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
Preparing filling:
1. Wash and dry apples.
2. Peel and remove the seeds. Cut into half slices.
Method of cooking galettes:
1. Put the dough on parchment.
2. Roll out the dough into a circle.
3. Combine starch and cinnamon sweetener in a separate container.
4. Sprinkle the mixture over the dough.
5. Put the apples on top of the dough and seal the edges.
6. Brush the edges with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sweetener. Garnish with nuts on top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
