Shuba salad in a roll: a recipe for a classic dish in a new way

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious new take on Shuba, with herring and baked vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Baked beets - 2-3 pcs.
- Baked potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Herring fillet - 130 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 g
- Dill
Method of preparation:
1. Season the beets, potatoes, and carrots with salt and oil. Wrap the vegetables in foil and bake at 180° for about 45 minutes.
2. Cut one beetroot into thin slices. Grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater. Cut the herring fillet into thin strips.
3. Lay out the foil, put cling film on top, and put the beets cut into slices, grated beets, mayonnaise, grated carrots, mayonnaise, herring, mayonnaise, potatoes, mayonnaise, onions, and dill on top.
4. Roll up the roll with foil. Form and tighten the shape with foil. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Slice the ready roll and garnish with mayonnaise and dill!
