Ingredients:
- Herring - 1 pc or 200 g
- Beetroot - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Lettuce leaves for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Boil beets and potatoes, peel and grate. Add mayonnaise and mix.
2. Make a ball of the beetroot mixture, put a piece of herring in the center, and roll the balls again, put them on a plate with lettuce leaves!
