Vinaigrette is a very healthy and tasty vegetable salad that is very easy to prepare. It is best to bake the vegetables for the salad and add sauerkraut, mushrooms, herring, capers, and seaweed for a bright flavor.

Tips for making a vinaigrette with seaweed:

1. To prevent the vegetables from being colored by the beets, you can sprinkle the beets with oil before mixing them with the other ingredients.

2. It is better to buy seaweed already prepared or pickled, which will greatly facilitate the cooking process. If the seaweed is fresh, boil it first (10-15 minutes) and let it cool.

3. You can add green peas and green onions to the salad.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets - 2 pcs.
  • boiled carrots - 2 pcs.
  • boiled potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • seaweed - 200 g
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • odorless oil - to taste (about 50 ml)

Method of preparation:

1. In a bowl, add the following cut into small cubes: pre-boiled potatoes, beets, pre-boiled carrots, onions, and pickled cucumbers.

2. Add the seaweed, salt, and pepper and season with unscented vegetable oil.
