Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 500 g of Chinese cabbage
- 120 g of red bell pepper
- 200 g of fresh cucumbers
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 20 g of green onions
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 185 g (1 can) of canned tuna
- 1/2 lemon (juice and grated zest)
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to boil hard-boiled eggs, cut them.
2. Then peel and cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, cucumbers and peppers into cubes. Finely chop the green onions and parsley.
3. Drain the liquid from the tuna.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil sauce, lemon zest and juice.
