Tiramisu dessert is one of the simplest and most delicious homemade dishes for a festive table. In the classic version, the dessert is prepared with raw eggs, but it is better to cook without them, and besides, the absence of this product will not affect the taste of the dessert.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, tender and very easy-to-make Tiramisu without raw eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g. mascarpone
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 250 г. 33% cream
  • 250 g of savoyardi biscuits
  • 400 ml of coffee
  • cocoa

Method of preparation:

1. Add powdered sugar to the mascarpone and beat until smooth.

2. Next, whip the cold, fatty cream until it peaks and add it to the curd mass. Mix with a spatula until smooth.

3. Brew aromatic coffee and dip the savoyardi cookies in it for 1-2 seconds, put them on the bottom of the mold and spread a layer of cream.

4. Next, add another layer of cookies and cream, sprinkle with cocoa and let stand for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
