The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with cream cheese sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• potatoes – 6 pcs.
• butter – 40 g
• salt

For the sauce:

• sour cream – 2 tbsp.
• Philadelphia cream cheese with herbs – 1 tbsp.
• paprika – 1/2 tsp.
• salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and make deep cuts with chopsticks.

2. Salt the water and bring to a boil, add the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the foil and cook until tender and a nice golden color.

3. Sauce: mix all the necessary ingredients.

Serve the potatoes with the sauce.
