Olivier salad is a real symbol of the New Year's feast. And every housewife prepares this dish in her own way, adding new ingredients that give the salad a new, bright taste.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, hearty olivier made with chicken and green onions.
Ingredients:
- boiled fillet - 1 pc.
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of canned peas
- 1 large or 6 small pickles
- 100 g of mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil eggs and potatoes with carrots. Then cut everything into cubes and dice the fillet.
2. Next, add the canned peas, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. To serve, put the salad through a cooking ring, garnish with green onions and star-shaped croutons.
