Quick cabbage pie in a pan: the easiest recipe for a delicious homemade dish

Ingredients:
- onions - 1 pc
- white cabbage - 300 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- oil - 1/2 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp + for the filling
- kefir - 250 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 230 g
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, add grated carrots, onions, and salt, mash well with your hands and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. For the batter, beat eggs with salt, kefir, flour and baking powder, and mix.
3. Pour the batter into the frying pan, put the cabbage on top and top with the batter again. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
