Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini (300-350 g.)
- 1 egg
- salt
- black pepper
- dried/fresh garlic
- 3-4 tbsp of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
2. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Fry the zucchini in a well-heated frying pan over low heat, covered, until golden brown on both sides.
