Puff pastry is a product that can be the basis for delicious homemade pastries. It can be pies, puffs, pizza.
The cook shared a recipe for a very satisfying and delicious puff pastry pie with mushrooms and fillet on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry (uncut)
- 1 onion
- 400 g. fillet
- 200 g. mushrooms
- 50 ml of cream
- salt, pepper
- mix of spices for chicken
- 50-100 g of cheese
- egg for greasing and sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions and mushrooms, add salt and pepper.
2. Fry the fillet until golden brown, add the chicken spices, onions and mushrooms, and cream. Mix everything well.
3. Put half of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet (roll it out a little), put the filling, spacing it out from the edges. Spread the cheese on top and cover with the second layer of dough, sealing the edges tightly.
4. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 C until golden brown.
