Potato and minced meat casserole for lunch: how to prepare a hearty and budget-friendly dish in minutes
Potatoes and minced meat are a great combination to make a delicious casserole for lunch. The dish will be very hearty and juicy. And most importantly, it will definitely be enough for everyone.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 900 g
- minced pork and beef - 450 g
- mushrooms - 100 g
- onion - 1 pc
- dill and green onions
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- mozzarella - 200 g
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Mix minced meat, finely chopped mushrooms, onions and herbs, and spices.
2. Grate the raw potatoes and season them with salt.
3. After two minutes, squeeze well and divide into two parts.
4. Grease the mold with oil, put half the potatoes, then the minced meat.
5. Add eggs, sour cream and 50 g of cheese to the second part of the potatoes and top the minced meat layer. Cover with foil.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
7. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
8. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
