Ingredients for 14 pieces:
- Milk - 300 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Dry yeast - 1 sachet
- Egg - 1 pc + 1 pc for greasing
- Melted butter - 50 gr
- Flour - 500-550 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, salt, yeast, and egg to the warm milk. Mix thoroughly.
2. Add melted, but not hot, butter and stir again.
3. Add the sifted flour and knead the soft dough with your hands.
4. Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes. Only then will its consistency be completely homogeneous.
5. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
6. Divide the finished dough into 14 equal pieces of 50-60 grams each.
7. Cover the dough pieces with a towel and leave them in a warm place for another 10 minutes.
8. Form pies using any filling.
9. Brush with a beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
