Odorless baked mackerel: we tell you what you should definitely add to the fish
Mackerel is a very valuable and tasty product that can be the basis for making delicious salads, as well as snacks and spreads. You can also salt the fish and bake it deliciously with vegetables and spices.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with lemon and prunes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Mackerel - 2 pcs.
- Smoked prunes - 10 pcs
- Lemon - 1/2
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Clean and cut the mackerel, but not completely. Remove the spine.
2. Put the fish on the foil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle well with lemon juice (inside and outside on each side).
3. Stuff the mackerel with lemon slices and prunes. Wrap the fish in foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes (180 degrees).
4. Unwrap the fish and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp up the crust.
