Ingredients:
- 600 g of any minced meat
- 150 g of barley

- oil for frying
- salt and spices

Method of preparation:
1. Boil the barley until tender and add to the minced meat, salt, spices, and chopped herbs, then mix thoroughly. You can also add breadcrumbs, mix, and be sure to refrigerate this mixture.
