If you want to make a delicious cake for the New Year's table, but without dough, you can replace it with cookies. And for the cream, you can use not only sour cream but also cream and cream cheese.

Ingredients:
- biscuit or biscuit cookies – 2-3 packs
- cream with a fat content of 33% – 200 ml
- cream cheese – 400 g
- powdered sugar – 150 g
- freshly brewed or instant coffee – 200 ml
- nuts or chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, mix the chilled cream cheese, cold cream, and powdered sugar. At the maximum speed of the mixer, beat the ingredients until thick. At first, the mixture will be quite liquid, but as you beat it, the cream will thicken and acquire a dense consistency.

2. Prepare the coffee to soak the cookies. Dip the cookies in the coffee, and put them in a suitable size mold in a single layer. Keep in mind that the smaller the mold, the taller the cake will be, and vice versa.

3. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream on top, spread it evenly, and assemble the entire cake by alternating layers. Spread the remaining cream on top of the last layer of cookies. Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
