Minced meat calzone with a delicious filling and without dough: cooked in the oven
Minced meat can be used to make not only tasty and satisfying cutlets, but also meatballs, as well as casseroles, pies, and pancakes. Another delicious minced meat dish is calzone but without dough.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious minced meat dish with cheese, ketchup, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of minced meat
- salt, pepper, dry garlic
- tomato paste/ketchup
- greens (arugula and spinach)
- mozzarella
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, pepper, and dry garlic to the minced meat and mix well.
2. Form a pancake out of the minced meat, spread half of it with tomato paste, and put the greens and cheese.
3. Cover with the other half and seal the edges well. If desired, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, top-down mode without convection for 20 minutes, then turn on the convection and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
