Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs (small)
- eggs - 2 pcs
- red fish - 100 g
- cucumber - 1 pc (small)
- caviar for decoration
For the sauce:
- Greek yogurt - 4 tbsp
- French mustard - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes and eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Finely chop the cucumber and red fish.
2. Mix everything for the sauce.
3. Put the salad in a glass in layers. Garnish with caviar and refrigerate for 30 minutes!
