Meaty and very budget-friendly brizoles in 10 minutes: the easiest recipe
Minced meat is an ideal base for making delicious and satisfying cutlets, as well as brizoles and meatballs. Add spices and garlic to the base for a bright flavor.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious brizoles with minced chicken, spices and egg batter on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- waffles
- eggs - 4 pcs. for frying + mayonnaise or sour cream 1 tbsp (add water if desired)
- oil for frying
Ingredients for the filling:
- minced chicken (fillet and thigh) - 700 g
- carrots - 1 pc. large
- onions - 2 pcs. medium
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 2 tsp with a slide
- herbs (dill and parsley) - a small bunch
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- ground pepper - 1/2 or 1/3 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, pepper, dry garlic, Italian herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, sour cream, herbs, frying oil to the minced meat and mix.
2. Form the wafers into pieces.
3. Add sour cream or mayonnaise to 4 eggs and mix with a fork.
4. Dip the brizoles and fry over low heat under a closed lid until cooked on both sides.
