Liver cake is a dish that almost every housewife knows how to make; the most important thing is to make the dough without lumps. And for the filling, you can use not only the classic filling, but also mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes, and herbs.
Cook Victoria shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying liver cake with a delicious filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- liver - 500-600 g
- milk - 300 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- flour - 2 tbsp (+- 1 tbsp)
- salt, pepper - to taste
Filling:
- onions - 2-3 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, peel it, twist it in a meat grinder or blend until smooth, add milk, eggs, oil, flour, salt, pepper. Mix everything well and fry the pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.
2. For the filling: fry the onions and carrots until soft, let cool, add mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and mix.
