A cook shared a recipe for a tasty and easy-to-prepare Palermo salad with jamon, vegetables, and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 300 g
- arugula - 80 g
- cherry tomatoes - 12 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- jamon - 70 g
- parmesan cheese - 50 g
Dressing:
- olive oil
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- balsamic vinegar
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the mushrooms and fry them until all the liquid is released. Add salt and onions cut into half rings. Fry until the onion is semi-solid.
2. First, put the mushrooms and onions on a plate and then add the washed arugula on top. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the salad.
3. Cut the jamon in half, twist or slice, and put on top randomly.
4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
5. Pour over the salad and sprinkle generously with cheese!
