Light and healthy salad with greens, shrimp, and vegetables: a recipe for dinner and a festive table

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious salad with greens, arugula, and a delicious dressing.
Ingredients:
- Arugula – 70 g
- Shrimps (any, I have large ones) – 400-500 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 200 g
- Mini mozzarella – 100 g
- Orange – 4-5 slices
- Walnuts – 30 g
For the dressing:
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
- Italian herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the shrimp with garlic.
2. Put the arugula on the dish, top with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cheese, oranges, and nuts.
3. Dressing: mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad.
