Light and healthy salad with greens, shrimp, and vegetables: a recipe for dinner and a festive table

If you want a nutritious, yet light and tasty salad for dinner, use seasonal vegetables, herbs, legumes, fillets, cheese, eggs, and seafood.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious salad with greens, arugula, and a delicious dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Arugula – 70 g
  • Shrimps (any, I have large ones) – 400-500 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 200 g
  • Mini mozzarella – 100 g
  • Orange – 4-5 slices
  • Walnuts – 30 g

For the dressing:

  • Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. 
  • Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
  • Italian herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the shrimp with garlic.

2. Put the arugula on the dish, top with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cheese, oranges, and nuts.

3. Dressing: mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad.
