Lazy khachapuri made from cottage cheese dough: a recipe for a hearty snack
Homemade khachapuri can be made from flour dough, puff pastry, or just cheese. Add plenty of hard cheese to make them tender and flavorful!
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade khachapuri made from cottage cheese and grated hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/3 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 30-50 g. suluguni / mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Add the protein to the cottage cheese (keep the yolk for serving), flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
2. With wet hands, form the khachapuri on parchment and put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 10 minutes.
3. Then put the grated cheese inside and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
You can add egg yolk, but you can do without!
