Lazy khachapuri in a pan: a recipe for a hearty snack

Homemade khachapuri doesn't have to be made from yeast dough and in the oven. The perfect option would be khachapuri made from "quick" dough with suluguni cheese, which can be cooked in a frying pan in just 10 minutes.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, lazy khachapuri with suluguni, which is cooked in a pan.
Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- warm milk - 200 ml
- flour - 150-160 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- hard cheese (or suluguni, or mozzarella, or feta cheese) - 160-200 g
- oil for frying
- a slice of butter for greasing
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, add the egg, warm milk, flour, baking powder and salt, mix. Then add the grated cheese and mix again.
2. Add oil to a hot frying pan, put the cheese dough, smooth it out and fry for 10 minutes on both sides under a closed lid over low heat for 10 minutes on both sides (20 minutes for doneness).
3. Put the prepared khachapuri on a plate and brush with a piece of butter.
