Ingredients
- Minced meat – 500 gr
- Onion – 1 pc
- Salt and pepper
- Pepper
- Egg – 1 pc
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Flour – 100 g
Method of preparation
1. Chop the onion and add it to the minced meat along with salt and pepper.
2. Mix thoroughly and form balls.
3. Crack an egg into a deep bowl, add milk and mix.
4. Pour the flour into another bowl.
5. Put the meatballs in flour and roll them on all sides.
6. Put the balls in the egg-milk mixture and moisten them on all sides. Put them back into the flour.
7. Cook the lazy dumplings in salted water for three minutes after they rise to the surface.
8. Add oil and season to taste.
