Kosach cupcake: recipe for Lesya Ukrainka's favorite pastry

Ingredients

• Oil - 100 ml
• Sugar - 100 gr
• Kefir - 100 ml
• Eggs - 1 pc
• Flour - 1 glass
• Baking powder - ½ tsp
• Vanilla - 1 pinch

Method of preparation

1. Beat eggs with sugar and add kefir. Stir well.

2. Add the butter, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix again.

3. Pour the batter into the muffin tin.

4. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
