Korean-style carrots in a hurry: the easiest recipe

Korean-style carrots are one of the most delicious and easy homemade appetizers. To prepare the dish, you will need a minimum of rudiments.

The chef shared a recipe for delicious Korean-style carrots with spices and oil on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots 500 g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ground coriander 1 tbsp (fresh)
  • Hot red pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Vinegar 6% 2 tbsp (wine or rice, apple)
  • Sunflower oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the carrots and soak them in cold water for an hour (they will become juicy).

2. Grate exactly 500 g on a carrot grater, and add all the spices.

3. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan and pour it over the spices.

4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, in an airtight container (salt can be added to taste).
