Juicy pork chops: share the recipe for the most successful batter

Ingredients:
- pork – 4 pieces
- water – 250 ml
- spices 10 vegetables – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- flour – 3 tbsp
- mushrooms – 6 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- spices for chicken – 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- cream cheese – 2 tbsp
- Suluguni cheese – 200 g
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Pound the pork pieces with a hammer. Marinate (to do this, combine water with spices, and leave for 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight).
2. For the batter: separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the whites with a pinch of salt into a foam, then add the yolks, and whisk. Add the flour and mix (if you want a thicker batter, add 6 tbsp of flour instead of 3 tbsp).
3. Dip the meat in the batter and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
4. Wash the mushrooms and onions and cut them into slices. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a hot frying pan with the spices and cream.
5. Put the meat in a baking dish, put the mushrooms on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
