Juicy chopped chicken cutlets in the oven for dinner: what you need to add to the minced meat

Chicken cutlets can be cooked in different ways: pass the fillet through a meat grinder or cut into medium cubes, which will make the cutlets even tastier. It's worth noting that to make the cutlets juicy, culinary experts advise adding fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes and corn, to the minced meat.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very juicy, tasty, chopped chicken cutlets, which are cooked with tomato, corn, and cheese in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g. chicken fillet
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. of canned corn
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • dry garlic, smoked paprika, salt
  • 40 g of flour
  • 100 g. cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Add chopped tomato, egg, corn, sour cream, salt, and spices to the finely chopped fillet. Stir until smooth.

2. Put the cutlets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

4. Put them in the oven preheated to 180 C for 30 minutes.
