Juicy baked meat with spices, mustard and garlic: main secrets of a successful dsh
If you want to bake tasty and juicy meat, choose pork. Be sure to marinate it well with garlic, mustard, and spices.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious baked pork with garlic, spices and French mustard on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 kg of pork chops
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika, 2 tsp of meat spices
- dry garlic - optional
- 1 tsp of French mustard
- 2 tbsp of oil
Method of preparation:
1. Dry the meat with paper towels. Cut the garlic into 2-3 pieces. Salt and stuff the meat with it.
2. Combine the spices and salt, rub the meat with them on all sides and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Tie the meat with a thread, brushing with oil and French mustard. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for 4 hours to a day, or better overnight.
3. Bake at 250 C for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake at 160 C for another 1.5 hours. Let the meat stand for 1-2 hours without removing the foil.
