Juicy baked meat with plums and spices: a recipe for a festive table

Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Dried rosemary - 1 tsp
- Dried garlic - 1 tsp
- Suneli hops - 1 tsp
- Oil - 150 ml
- Butter - 50 g
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Broth (water) - 200 ml
- Wine vinegar - 50 ml
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Plums - 8 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tenderloin into 5 cm thick slices and press well with your hands.
2. Mix all dry spices and add oil. Marinate the meat and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Fry the meat on all sides until golden brown in a preheated frying pan. Add the oil and rosemary.
4. Fry the chopped onion in the same pan. Pour in the broth or water, wine vinegar, and honey. Let it evaporate for 10 minutes and add half of the halved plums to the meat.
5. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes. Alternatively, put in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes. The plums will be fully cooked and will go well with the sauce!
