Juicy roast meat with apple: it will be tender and ready in minutes

If you want to cook juicy and tasty meat, chefs advise adding apples, they will make the meat very juicy.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked meat with onions and apples on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin – 2 pcs.
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Apples – 3-4 pcs
  • Onions – 2 pcs
  • Wine or apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tsp
  • Apple juice or water – 50 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into pieces and press with the palm of your hand to make the pieces thinner. Add coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper and oil. If possible, let the meat marinate in the spices for 30 minutes. If not, you can cook immediately.

3. Peel and core the onions and apples and cut them into half rings.

4. In a very hot frying pan, fry the meat on both sides for 1-2 minutes and set aside.

5. In the same pan, add oil and fry the onion until brown, add the apples, cover, and fry until the apples are soft. Pour in apple juice or water, wine (apple) cider vinegar, and put the pieces of meat. Pour the juice from the meat into the other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
