The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious lightly salted red fish, which requires only sugar and salt.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of fish (can be pieces)
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Remove the bones from the fish and dry it with a paper towel or napkins.

2. Mix the salt and sugar, rub the fish with the mixture, put it in a container/form with the fillets facing down, close it, and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.

3. After draining the liquid from the container, wipe the fish with a towel!
