With yolk

Combine the raw egg yolk with the mustard. Add salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. In addition, add stevia to improve the flavor of the dressing.

With chia

Combine any seeds that you like with the chia that has been pre-roasted in a dry frying pan. Stir and add the yogurt.

With vinegar

Mix apple cider vinegar with olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Add spices to taste. Salt, pepper, and thyme are best.

With horseradish

Mix horseradish with mustard, add chopped green onions, and season with yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

With tomatoes
