Salmon is not only tasty but also a very healthy product that can be fried, baked, or stewed with vegetables and cream.

A cook shared a recipe for delicious fried salmon with cherry tomatoes and cream on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 400 g
  • cream - 200 g
  • cherry tomato - 12 pcs
  • greens
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • rosemary sprig
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into pieces. Fry with rosemary on each side for 3-4 minutes.

2. Remove from the pan, add finely chopped garlic and cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

3. Stew the fish in cream for 5 minutes (minimum heat level). Salt to taste.
