How to prepare mouthwatering bagels: exact proportions for the perfect dough

Ingredients
- yeast - 30 g
- milk - 500 ml
- sugar - 150 g
- butter - 100 g
- yolks - 3 pcs
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 3 liters
- flour - 600 g
- egg - for greasing
Method of preparation.
1. Prepare the starter. Mix milk with 2 tbsp of sugar, add yeast and 7 tbsp of flour. Mix thoroughly and leave to activate the yeast.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll out.
4. Cut it into triangles and top with the filling. Roll up and leave the bagels for another 30 minutes.
5. Brush with egg and bake until ready.
