Not everyone likes semolina in the form of porridge because there are always a lot of lumps in this dish. But this cereal can also be used to make a nutritious semolina cake in 5 minutes. It tastes delicious if you add a variety of fruits.
- small banana - 1 pc.
- cottage cheese without filler (can be cream cheese or ricotta) - 120 g
- plum - 1 large plum (you can choose peach or pear)
- eggs - 1 pc
- semolina - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add sliced fruit to cottage cheese.
2. Add egg.
3. Add semolina.
4. Mix well.
5. Put into molds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
