How to pickle porcini mushrooms for the winter: step-by-step recipe
Porcini mushrooms are an ideal product for making soups, salads, and they also make a very tender soup. They can also be deliciously marinated with spices and bay leaves.
- porcini mushrooms - 2 liters
- vegetable oil - 200 ml
- vinegar 9% - 100 ml
- salt - 4 tsp
- sugar - 8 tsp
- garlic - 12 cloves
- Bay leaf - 12 pcs
- peppercorns - 20-30 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel and chop the mushrooms, put them in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Then drain the water.
2. Marinade: add oil, vinegar, sugar, chopped garlic, spices to the mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Put the mushrooms in jars, sterilize for 20-30 minutes, preserve and turn the jars over.
