Pumpkin porridge is one of the healthiest and most satisfying dishes as it is based on pumpkin, rice, and milk. To make it flavorful and tasty, choose a sweet pumpkin.

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 500 g
  • rice - 100 g
  • water - 300 ml
  • milk - 400-500 ml
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • oil, honey - for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate pumpkin.

2. Boil the pumpkin. Add rice, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. After boiling, pour in milk and cook over low heat, stirring from time to time. Cook for about 25-30 minutes.

Serve with honey and butter!
