Method of preparation
1. Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan or in the oven until golden and have a characteristic smell.
2. Put the peanuts in the blender bowl and grind.
3. If the peanuts are too dry, add a little oil, adjusting the structure of the paste.
4. Shelf life at room temperature in a closed box is from 1 to 3 months, depending on the humidity of the room.
