Legendary American trainer Teddy Atlas expressed his admiration for the way Oleksandr Usik (23-0, 14 KOs) defeated Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) in the rematch. The expert noted that the Ukrainian champion made adjustments to his plan in the middle of the fight, thus regaining control over what was happening in the ring.

Atlas wrote about this on his page on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter. The former coach of Oleksandr Hvozdyk added that the outcome of the fight on December 21 is beyond doubt, as Usyk won all the rounds in the second half of the rematch with Fury.

"Csik did a great job. After losing the fifth round, he realized that he shouldn't lose control of the fight. He dominated the sixth and then took the remaining six rounds. He was born to win," Atlas emphasized.

As a reminder, all three judges of the Usyk vs. Fury 2 fight gave the victory to the Ukrainian boxer with a score of 116-112.
