Ingredients
- intestines - 2 pcs
- potatoes - 1 kg
- onions - 2 pcs
- salt
- pepper
- baking soda
- cracklings - ½ liter
The method of preparation
1. Grate the potatoes and onions on a fine grater.
2. Add baking soda, salt and pepper, and cracklings with fat.
3. Fill the intestine and make small holes in it.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
