Tuna is a very tasty fish, but you need to know that it should not be eaten every day because tuna is a predatory marine fish that feeds on smaller marine life. Because of this, mercury can accumulate in its tissues. Mercury is especially dangerous for pregnant women, as it can adversely affect the development of the unborn baby. But it is quite difficult to get mercury poisoning from tuna. To do this, you need to eat dishes from this fish regularly and in large quantities. If you limit yourself to 2-3 standard servings per week, there will be no problems. It is recommended that expectant mothers receive no more than 1-2 servings weekly.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried tuna with salt, pepper, and soy sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • tuna fillet
  • salt, pepper
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Season the tuna with salt and pepper and dip in soy sauce.

2. Fry in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
