  • Pork chop - 800 gr

  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Mineral water - 300 ml
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Flour - 100 gr

Method of preparation

1. Cut the pork into 2 cm thick slices, pound well on both sides.

2. Squeeze the garlic into a bowl, add salt and pepper and pour in the mineral water.
