Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
- Orange – 4 slices
- Juice of half an orange
- Honey – 1 (full tbsp) (melt beforehand)
- Salt
- Chili
- Sweet paprika
- Cherries (dried 50 g, chop)
- Pistachios (any other nuts) (50 g, chop)
Method of preparation:
1. Fold the parchment into molds.
2. Put 2 slices of orange on the bottom. Make cuts on the fillet, put the orange, sprinkle with salt and other spices.
3. Mix the melted honey with the orange juice and pour over the meat. Put in a preheated 200-degree oven and cook until golden brown.
4. Take out the cooked meat, and sprinkle it with cherries and nuts.
