How to cook poached eggs correctly:
1. The eggs should be fresh, if they are not of the first freshness, the white is liquid and your poached eggs will melt in the water.
2. You can salt the water and add a little vinegar to make the white curdle faster, but this is not necessary if you have fresh eggs.
3. You should also make a whirlpool with a spoon or whisk, so the finished poached meat will have a nice shape.
4. Crack an egg into a strainer and immediately pour it into the water from a low height.
