The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious baked hake with a delicious mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 hake carcasses
- 1 large onion
- 1 large carrot
Marinade:
- 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g sour cream, 50 g French mustard, 50 g soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp smoked paprika, fish seasoning (or Italian herbs)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into large pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Put the fish in a vegetable roasting dish, pour the sauce on top, and then bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes under the parchment.
